I'm going to have to agree with Mr. Disgruntled. Somehow he forgot that people who shout out loud about morals need to take extra care to practice what they preach.
As for Delegate conspiracies... I am not seeing much there, he was already publicly pledged to Clinton, and while he could have theoretically changed his vote, that was pretty unlikely since Clinton is a NY Senator, he's the NY Governor, and the State voted for Clinton.
This is a poster for why the recent craze of giving incredible surveilance powers to the police is troubling. Someone noticed some unusal banking activity (the money he was using for the prostitutes - 4 grand a pop!) so they started wiretapping him.
Basically he was caught in the same kind of sting that made him famous as a prosecutor. | |
